Cancellation policy

  • If booking is canceled 21 days before check in date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if canceled between 21-11 days before check in date
  • Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your check in date, would not be refunded.
  • A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refunds in travel credits have no processing fee, refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilized for booking.
  • If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible
  • Cancellation policy is overridden and cancellation is not allowed for peak dates and long weekends. 
For example: Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (10th Nov to 20th Nov), Christmas and New year (23rd Dec to 3rd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.
  • If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
