Welcome to Treetop Glamps! We’re thrilled you’re considering a stay with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions before making a booking.

Booking and Payment

  • Minimum Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
  • Maximum Occupancy: Please refer to the room occupancy details on our website to determine the maximum number of guests allowed per room.
  • Responsible Guest: The lead guest is responsible for the actions of all members of their booking party during their stay. This includes cancellation fees, non-arrival charges, and any damages incurred.
  • Third-Party Visitors: Third-party visitors are only allowed with our express permission.
 

Stay Guidelines

  • ID Proofs: Carry ID proofs for all guests, including children, during check-in.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 per villa is required at check-in.
  • Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided, but network coverage may be limited for certain providers.
  • Caretaker Availability: Our caretakers are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Contact the caretaker for emergencies outside these hours.
  • Check-In: 1:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-Out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Late Check-Out: Late departures may incur additional charges.
  • Quiet Hours: Please refrain from loud music after 10:00 PM.
  • Special Requests: Inform us of any special requests in advance.
  • Outside Food: Outside food is not permitted inside the villa.
  • Smoking: Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
 

Payment

  • Full Payment Required: To secure your booking, full payment (100%) is required upfront.
  • No Partial Payments: We do not accept partial payments.
  • GST Invoices: If you require a GST invoice, please provide your details within 48 hours of making your payment. We cannot issue invoices after this timeframe.
  • Payment Methods: We accept online payments, debit/credit card payments via email/SMS link, and digital bank transfers.
  • Dishonored Payments: Any charges incurred for dishonored checks, bank transfers, or other payments by your bank are your responsibility and must be reimbursed within seven (7) days of a request.
 

Respectful Conduct

  • Respecting Others: All guests are expected to respect the privacy and peace of fellow guests, neighbors, and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel bookings with immediate effect if guests violate this policy or cause disturbances.
  • Event Approval: Please note that booking a room does not automatically grant permission for events or celebrations. Parties, celebrations, weddings, or corporate functions require additional planning and incur extra charges.

Damages & Lost Property

  • Guest Responsibility: The lead guest is responsible for any damages caused by members of their booking party during their stay. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, and damage to furniture or fixtures. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible.
  • Lost Key Fee: Lost keys incur a replacement charge per key.
  • Lost Property: Lost property found during a stay will be held for one month. We’ll make efforts to reunite lost items with owners but accept no responsibility for replacements.
 

Indemnity

  • Medical Emergencies: In the event of an injury, the resort may, at its discretion, arrange and pay for emergency medical treatment for any guest. This does not imply liability on the part of the resort owners or staff.
 

Force Majeure:

  • We shall not be responsible for any delays, alterations, or expenses incurred (directly or indirectly) due to natural disasters, acts of God, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, strikes, or any other causes beyond our control.
 

Publicity

  • Images & Videos: Mariposa by the River reserves the right to use images/videos of your stay for promotional purposes on their social media platforms without prior consent.
 

Parking

Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.

Pets

We do not accept pets throughout the accommodation
